HR Manangement
1 - An interview was conducted with His Excellency the Director General of the Personnel Department to identify his duties and working procedures within his department,
2 - Interviews were also conducted with department managers and staff in the Personnel Department to get a clearer idea about the progress of work processes in detail.
These include:
- Division of Academics,
- Division of Administrators and Technicians,
- Salaries,
- Allowances and bonuses,
- Department Alerkap
- Department of Immigration,
- Records Section,
- Secretaries Unit.
 

Financial Management
1-An interview was conducted with the Director of Financial Management to identify his duties and the working procedures under his administration.
2 - Interviews were also conducted with the staff of the following departments within the Department of Finance to get to a better understanding of the progress of work processes in detail
These include :
- Department Al-Ertibat,
- Audit Department,
- Department of Safeguards,
- Funding,
- Secretarial Support.

2 - Interviews were also conducted with the department managers and employees in the following Personnel - Campus students Departments to get a clearer understanding of the progress of work processes in detail.
These include:
- Department of Management Salaries, Allowances and Self-financing,
- Department of Administrators,
- Department of Academics,
- Department of Recruitment.
 

Financial Management

1 - An interview was conducted with His Excellency responsible for supervising financial affairs and accountability of its employees, to identify the functions and business processes under his administration.
2 - Interviews were conducted with the  managers and employees in the following departments within  the Financial Affairs Department to get a clearer idea about  the progress of work processes in detail.
These include:
- Financial management,
- Purchasing Department.
