who is the super User?

In SAP system , the super user is the one who:
- Able to train the end users of the system in his/her office
- Provide a technical support during the training course and after the system installation.
Super user has the following activities:

| Super User Tasks |
- Increase user involvement in the project expert in the middle of the implementation phase so that use of the system.
- Rainees receive training from the project team to be able to train end users on all the working rocedures in accordance
- User's Guide and trained on how to manage the course.
- Trains users on use of the system according to training plan prepared by the University of King Abdul Aziz.
- The support end users in the training phase and post-activation system.
- Be a link between end-users of the system and change management team and the project team
