Change managment representers are the change leaders in the university during the project implemetation

 Personality Features
  • Familiar with the university regulations (every one in his field)

  • Good relations with the members of their departments

  • Have the ability to easily connect to all the members of their departments at all levels

  • Have the respect from the foundation members and the confidence required to lead the change management

  • Have the ability to influence the others.

  • Have the loyalty of the project and its goals.

  • A continues and a complete communications with the project team and the various stages.

Main Role

  •  Knowing the project objectives and tasks entrusted to them

  • Ensure that their management employees who will be affected by switching to the new system to have the

  • Understanding and acceptance and the willingness of the changes that accompany this transformation.

  • To report obstacles and challenges that offset the project by their management

  • Meet periodically to discuss the challenges and see their own role in each stage

  • Propose solutions that facilitate the implementation phases of the project and accept the departments of the solutions

  • Facilitate the process of change management and leadership

  • Motivate individuals Padarthm by noting the continuing benefits of the project during the implementation process and beyond
